Not answering for the Capt. BUT it is darn good fishing around there. I am bringing my fishing gear & will be spending about another week around the area - riding & fishing - could there be anything better?

Hey Skuleman, I am sure that Capt. will be putting together a BUNCH of rides. The person that calls the ride puts it all together.

That looks like a good one. I was planning to do the island on the way home and take the ferry to Tobermory, then go down the east shore road through Wasaga home.
My nephew is supposed to come with me. He'll be riding home to London.

Anyone from london planning to come?

Just Google mapped Bruce Mines to Little Current looks like a 3 hour drive each way so guess that's not a very easy afternoon ride!

Planning for the ride up. Any one interested in going up via Tobermory & the ferry?

also, anyone interested in coming home via Sarnia and a ride down the west coast of Lake Huron (11 hours Bruce Mines to London - an iron butt day :) )?

Hey Sluleman, you may want to wait a while before planing a route (at least up). In the past a whole bunch meet at various places along the way & ride together. Perhaps my place will be a stop for the Nefoundlanders/& the rest from the East Coast. If so, you could think about joining the pre ride party (yes Randy, SHRIMP will be on the BBQ). Just my 2 cents.

Well, I'd definitely like to ride with the group, but just looking at alternatives to hwy 69 and the 400. Cottage traffic sucks and those roads can often be a parking lot, plus 69 has more than its share of accidents.

Consider it the "road less travelled syndrome" :-)

Yep - 3 or 4 bottles waiting for ya. Now that you are in Trenton - or will be, you get to STOPPPPPP over. Jees, now that the Ride for Sight is back in Collingwood does that mean another party??

As for the ride up 69 Sculeman, I find it very relaxing & roads great. Since we will be heading up Thurs or early Fri morn traffic should not be a problem. Your call though. Going to be staying up in the area for a while (week?) but open for the Tobi run back if anyone elst is going that way.
